What is the benefit of having an account?
When you create an account with OOLY, you won’t have to enter in your info every time you want to order. Just plug in your email address and password and you’re ready to order. Plus you have the option to be on our mailing list which is full of great info like promotions, discounts and even an early look at our new stuff.

Why do you need my phone number to create an account?
Basically it’s so we can maintain compliance with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards; they are industry standards to safeguard your payment info. You won’t ever get a phone call from us and we will never give out your phone number to a third party.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We take our customers privacy seriously. You can look at our privacy statement for more details, but in short we go to great lengths to make sure that your private information is secure.

I forgot my password.
Changing your password is easy. You can manage your account here.

How much is shipping?
You can find our shipping policy here, but in short, shipping in the U.S. is $4.95. But if your order is more than $30 then shipping is free. Shipping to Canada is $9.95 flat.

When will my order ship?
Orders get out the door in 1 to 2 business days. We’ll notify you by email when they are shipped; with a tracking number too.

Do I have to pay taxes?
The answer is no for everyone outside of California. If you’re in California we charge 7.5% tax.

What is your return policy?
You can find our return policy here. Yes we do returns.

Can I find your stuff in a store?
Yep. We are working to put together a store locater. Coming soon!

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately we don't ship everywhere yet. We do ship throughout the United States and Canada. We are working to start shipping internationally.
