Account Eligibility
We are currently accepting new accounts, but please note the following requirements:
- Retail Location: You must have an established brick-and-mortar retail location with a valid resale certificate.
- Online and Mobile Boutiques: We do not currently open accounts for online-only or mobile boutique dealers.
- Third-Party Sites: We do not allow any of our retailers to sell OOLY products on third-party sites.

Setting Up New Accounts with OOLY
To set up a new account with OOLY, please email the documents below and a copy of your Federal Tax ID letter from the IRS to customercare@ooly.com:
*Note: Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, Alaska, and Delaware do not require a Resale Certificate.
Order Minimums
At OOLY, we make shopping easy and fun! To get you started, we have a simple order minimum of just $250 for all orders. Plus, don’t forget to check the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each item in our catalog to make sure you are fully stocked with the creative supplies you love.

Shipping
All orders ship from Carlsbad, CA 92010 via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. If you have a UPS account, we can ship directly using your account details.

Invoices
Invoices will be sent by email and will not be included with shipments. A packing slip will be attached to the outside of each box for easy reference.
Backorders / Future Orders
We handle backorders on a case-by-case basis to make sure you get your OOLY favorites as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
We want your experience with OOLY to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
For your first order, pre-payment is required. If you’re interested in establishing credit terms, feel free to contact us at customercare@ooly.com to learn more about the process or email in the following credit application document. Orders must meet a $500 minimum, and credit approval time may vary.
Customers with terms who choose to pay by credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee. To avoid fees, we encourage payments via electronic fund transfer (EFT) or check.
Please note: Past-due accounts are subject to a 2.0% monthly finance charge, and returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
Returns & Claims
- Contact Customer Support at customercare@ooly.com with any claims or return requests.
- Claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Invoice number and date will need to be provided.
- All returns require prior approval from OOLY headquarters. Orders returned without authorization are subject to rejection.
- Return Authorization numbers (RA#) provided by OOLY Customer Support must be listed on all packages. Product returned must be in original OOLY packaging and condition.
- Certain defective products that are older than 6 months from the purchase date may not qualify for credit. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
