How to Order from OOLY

Account Eligibility
We are currently accepting new accounts, but please note the following requirements:
- Retail Location: You must have an established brick-and-mortar retail location with a valid resale certificate.
- Online and Mobile Boutiques: We do not currently open accounts for online-only or mobile boutique dealers.
- Third-Party Sites: We do not allow any of our retailers to sell OOLY products on third-party sites.

Setting Up New Accounts with OOLY
To set up a new account with OOLY, please email the documents below and a copy of your Federal Tax ID letter from the IRS to customercare@ooly.com:
*Note: Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, Alaska, and Delaware do not require a Resale Certificate.
Order Minimums
To place an order with OOLY, a minimum order value of $250 is required for both initial orders and reorders. Each product may also have specific minimum quantity requirements, which can be found in our catalog. Our team is here to help with any questions you may have.

Shipping
All orders ship from Carlsbad, CA 92010 via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. If you have a UPS account, we can ship directly using your account details.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent by email and will not be included with shipments. A packing slip will be attached to the outside of each box for easy reference.
Backorders / Future Orders
Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept backorders or future-dated orders at this time.
Payment Terms

Please review the following terms:
- Net 30 Terms: Available upon approval, subject to a satisfactory credit check (may take up to 30 days).
- Minimum Order Requirement: $750 minimum order to qualify for terms.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Customers with approved terms will incur a 3% convenience fee for credit or debit card payments processed through PayFabric, our new secure digital wallet.
- Past Due Accounts: A 2.0% monthly finance charge will apply to any overdue balance.
Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Secure Credit Card Payments:
- All customers must complete a one-time setup using PayFabric, our secure digital wallet system. Orders may be delayed if payment setup is incomplete.
- Declined or Missing Credit Cards: If a customer’s credit card is declined or missing, a secure payment link will be emailed to the customer and the sales representative on the order (if applicable). If payment is not received within two weeks, both the customer and the sales rep will be notified and the order will be canceled.
