Supplies Needed:
- leaf and acorns cutouts on watercolor paper
- lil' watercolor paint pods
- lil paint brush set
- smooth hues markers
First, cut out leaf and acorn shapes into your watercolor paper. Then you can use watercolor paints to turn the white holiday watercolor gratitude leaves into all the beautiful colors of autumn. Don’t be afraid to mix colors for a fun fall look!
Next, I like to add words on the leaves of things to be thankful for. This can also be a fun project to work on at the Thanksgiving table to get the entire family involved.
Then you can use the watercolors to paint the acorns. They make fun accents to embellish with.
I like to use the painted leaves and acorns to decorate seasonal place tags for a table. Your guests will love the personalized namecards.
Finally, you can also use the leaves for gift boxes or for to go boxes. Most importantly, be sure to give them a marker for writing gratitude words!
